Being member of Sheraton Fitness & Spa means having privileges on unlimited use of all facilities, personal trainingsguidance from Monday till Friday between 4 pm and 8 pm. The Fitness & Spa associates and hotelreception will be happy to inform you about the membership request including the several privileges. Or leave your details and we will contact you. Daypass
Unlimited use of fitness, sauna, rainforest showers, steam room and welness area.
The price for a day pass is EUR 20. We also offer day passes including a voucher of EUR 10 including Food & Beverage for our Runway Cafe for EUR 27,50.

Regular membership
This membership consists of:

• Unlimited use of fitness, sauna, rainforest showers, steam room and welness area
• Intake for new member with ParQ (Physical activity readiness Questionnaire)
• Personal Health Check: consisting of physiotherapeutic mobility and flexibilitytests, weight, moisture and fatpercentage measurement, conditiontest and loadtest on power equipment
• Assistance on equipment use
• Preparation and updating of trainingsprogram plus first training with guidance;
• Discount on parking (50%) and in bar and restaurants on food & beverage (15%)

The costs of abovementioned membership are € 71 a month for a year membership and € 79 a month for a halfyear membership*

Premium membership
This membership consists of:

• Unlimited use of fitness, sauna, rainforest showers, steam room and welness area
• Intake for new member with ParQ (Physical activity readiness Questionnaire)
• Personal Health Check: consisting of fysiotherapeutic mobility and flexibilitytests, weight, moisture and fatpercentage measurement, conditiontest and loadtest on power equipment
• Assistance on equipment use
• Preparation and updating of trainingsprogram plus first training with guidance;
• Discount on parking (50%) and in bar and restaurants on food & beverage (15%)
• Monthly personal program evaluation including personal training
• 2 free introduction possibilities

The costs of abovementioned membership are € 96 a month for a year membership and € 104 a month for a halfyear membership*

The Fitness is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Sauna and Steam bath is open from 06.00 - 23.00.
The Personal Trainer is available from Monday to Friday from 16.00 - 20.00.
