Is the Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel located before or after Immigration?
The hotel is ideally located after the immigration and baggage claim. Once you step out of the terminal, simply follow the signs ‘' Sheraton ‘' or P1. The hotel is the only hotel located within the airport with direct access to all terminals.

Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. Please contact the hotel for further information.
For each reservation is €60,- Security Deposit + City tax per person per day charged. This can be paid by either a Credit Card authorisation or cash.
Third Party Credit Card - A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must fax/e-mail a copy of the front and back of the credit card along with a credit card authorization form prior to the guest's arrival. Credit card authorization forms can be obtained directly from the hotel.
Prepaid and non-refundable reservations – Upon arrival, guest should present credit card used to make reservation on booking website together with a valid ID. Guest name reservation will be checked vs. credit card vs. ID. The credit card will be used as guarantee for any extra’s. If guest cannot present the same credit card as originally charged, original credit card will be refunded and guest will get charged for the total room rate on credit card that is presented by the guest upon check in.
Company Invoice - The company to be invoiced must send a fax with request of invoice. All direct billing must first be approved by our accounts department. Please specify on the fax which charges should be invoiced back to the company. Must be arranged prior to the guest's arrival.
Pre-Pay By Check - If a company wants to pre-pay by check, we need to receive the check at least three weeks prior to the guest's arrival in order to ensure the check is covered by the bank.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Due to liabaility, the hotel is unable to organize babysitting service.
What are the policies regarding children in a room?
For safety reasons there is a maximum of 3 guests per room. This is also applicable for guests traveling with children. Children up to the age of 17 pay a total of € 25 a night. Children 17 years of age and up pay € 45 a night for the use of an extra bed. Children under the age of 17 can stay free of charge when they sleep in the parental bed.
Are pets allowed at Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel?
Yes, guests may bring a small pet along with them in their room. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and other public areas. Note: Maximum weight of a pet is 10kg and the maximum height is measured by the following elements: If the dog can fit under a chair in standing position and/or if his height does not surpass the knee level of an average gentleman.
What are the policies for ''Early Check-in" at Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel?
Standard check-in time is 3pm. An early check-in may be requested, but cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. To guarantee an early check-in, your reservation should include the night prior to your arrival. If you do not wish to book an additional night and a room is available when you arrive, a fee of 50 EUR will be charged if you check in before 10am.
What are the policies for ''late check out'' at Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel?
Standard checkout time is 12 noon. A late checkout may be requested, but cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. An additional fee of 10 EUR per hour will be charged between noon and 6pm. After 6pm, a full night’s stay will be charged at the best available rate for that day.

Hotel accepts travelers checks. Personal checks are not accepted.
